I. Recommendation
Pursuant to Chapter XI, Section D, 1, b, (2), (a) of the Code of the Chicago Park District, it is recommended that the General Superintendent and CEO or his designee enter into a contract with Comcast Corporation to provide WiFi solution implementation and managed network services at Gately Track & Field facility.

Scope of Services: Design, Equipment, Integration, Network Services, and Managed Services for WiFi solution at Gately Track & Field facility.

Action Goals: Schedule A&B forms have been provided by Comcast. There will be 25% MBE and 5% WBE participation in the contract.
Authorization: Authorize the General Counsel to include other relevant terms and conditions in the written Agreement. Authorize the General Superintendent to execute the Agreement and the Secretary to attest as to the signing of the Agreement and keep an original copy of the Agreement on file.
