I. Recommendation

It is recommended that an order be entered authorizing the General Superintendent and CEO or his designee to enter into agreement with AT&T Corporation to provide telecommunications services to the Chicago Park District. The terms, conditions, and rates negotiated by the State of Illinois Master Contract #CMC131864A with AT&T Corporation for Statewide Telecom Network Voice & Data Services will be extended to the Chicago Park District.
