I. Recommendation
It is recommended that the General Superintendent and CEO or his designee enter into a contract with architecture firm of Valerio Dewalt Train Associates, for design and engineering services for a new Environmental Center at Big Marsh- Park 564 (1958 East, 116th Street). The contractor was selected pursuant to a Request for Services ("RFS"). A not-to exceed basic services fee of $454,500.00, plus a reimbursable expense allowance of $27,500 comprise a total contract award not to exceed $482,000.00. No work may commence and no payment shall be made to vendor prior to the execution of a written agreement.
