I. Recommendation
It is recommended that the General Superintendent and CEO or his designee enter into a contract with All-Bry Construction Company for the construction of green infrastructure and landscaping at Wilson Avenue Parking Lot in Lincoln Park. The contractor was selected pursuant to a Request for Proposals ("RFP"). No work may commence and no payment shall be made to vendor prior to the execution of a written agreement.

Scope of Services: The work includes, but is not limited to: Removal of existing asphalt, concrete curbing and drainage structures, including the recycling of all removed materials; earthwork, new drainage lines and catchbasins, multiple natural bioswales and large underground aggregate storage; new concrete curbing , ADA ramps, asphalt paving, striping, utility upgrades, additional parking and descriptive signage for bioswale areas, curb stops, removing and reinstalling CPD paystations; new landscaping to include native trees, shrubs, plantings and maintenance.
