I. Recommendation

This is to certify that FH. Paschen on June 12, 2013 completed in a satisfactory manner and in full compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract, all work in connection with the Ping Tom Boat House. The inspector approving final payment is Steffan Schoenauer.

It is therefore recommended that an order be approved for Final Payment in favor of F.H. Paschen in the amount of $122,711.69.

The Scope of Services for this project included the development of a new 2,485 sq.ft. boat house facility. The building consists of a 1 story three season building. A portion of the facility includes a kayak and canoe enclosed storage area with ornamental fencing. The balance of the facility consists of public restrooms and office.
