AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH DLT SOLUTIONS LLC FOR THE PURCHASE OF ORACLE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

I. Recommendation
Pursuant to the Chicago Park District Code, Chapter 11, Section D.7(a)(i), it is recommended that an order be entered authorizing the General Superintendent and CEO or his designee to participate in the DLT Solutions, LLC Contract No. 13120-RFP with Maricopa County for the purchase of Oracle Products and Services.

Authorization: Authorize the General Counsel to include other relevant terms and conditions in the written Agreement. Authorize the General Superintendent to execute the Agreement and the Secretary to attest as to the signing of the Agreement and keep an original copy of the Agreement on file.
