Change Order #01: After School Matters (ASM) requested these revisions to better align with their programming needs and has approved funding the expenditure for additional construction services. These are costs associated with the revisions to the scope of work in the After School Matters space within Gately Indoor Track & Field Facility including Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Low Voltage system revisions.
The Scope of work includes: Revised layout of the Music Room adding additional acoustical walls for a Practice Room and Mixing Studio.
