Change Order #1: The scope of work for this change order includes services and supplies for additional thorium screening, remediation oversight, verification sampling, and disposal as needed to complete the Phase 1 Remediation of the DuSable Park site.

This change order includes participation by the MBE sub-consultant GSG Consulting in the amount of $93,755.00 and WBE sub-consultant Environmental Design International, Inc. in the amount of $15,320.00.

These additional services and supplies were not foreseeable at the time of the original contract. A significantly larger quantity of thorium was identified during remediation.
