The Board of Commissioners
of the Chicago Park District

WHEREAS, the Chicago Park District takes great pleasure and pride in recognizing its employees who have dedicated numerous years of service to the Park District and the City of Chicago; and
WHEREAS, retirees have greatly contributed to the Park District’s goals, and exemplify the meaning of hard work, commitment, and passion the Park District and the City of Chicago seeks in all of its valued employees; and
WHEREAS, retirees have provided invaluable services to park patrons and communities, serving in various positions; and
WHEREAS, retirees years of service are a testament to the positive relationship and environment the Park District fosters and provides its employees; then, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the General Superintendent and the Board of Commissioners extend their heartfelt gratitude to the following retirees for their years of dedication and commitment to the Chicago Park District and to the citizens of the City of Chicago, and sincerely wishes them success, good health, and happiness as they enter the next chapter of their life.
