I. Recommendation
It is recommended that the General Superintendent and CEO or his designee enter into a contract with Elanar Construction Co., for the construction of an artificial turf combination athletic field and running track at Amundsen Park. The contractor was selected pursuant to a Request for Proposals ("RFP"). No work may commence and no payment shall be made to vendor prior to the execution of a written agreement.

Scope of Services: Development of a new artificial turf football/soccer field and six (6) lane high school regulation running track complete with Long and Triple Jump pits. Additional site amenities include; sports field lighting, adaptability for future scoreboard, walkways from track to field house, concrete slab repurposed for children's games, improvements to the existing northwest baseball field backstop and landscaping.
