Public Notice is Hereby Given that the Chicago Park District (the "District") will hold a public hearing at 3:30 p.m. on the 9th day of April, 2014, at the District Administration Building, 541 North Fairbanks Court, 8th Floor Board Room, Chicago, Illinois. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the proposal to sell bonds of the District in the amount of not to exceed $45,000,000 for the payment of land condemned or purchased for parks, for the building, maintaining, improving and protecting of the same and the existing facilities of the District, and for the payment of the expenses incident thereto, and as such purposes are further enumerated in Section 20 of the Chicago Park District Act, as amended.
