I. Recommendation
It is recommended that the General Superintendent and CEO or his designee enter into a contract with Friedler Construction Company for the construction of a new artificial turf combination soccer, football and baseball outfield, at Kelly Park. The contractor was selected pursuant to a General Contractor Services pre-qualified pool solicitation. No work may commence and no payment shall be made to vendor prior to the execution of a written agreement.

Scope of Services: The Kelly Park artificial turf development will consist of the construction of a new artificial turf combination soccer and football field and baseball outfield. The new construction will consist of removal of two existing baseball fields, re-use of existing infield mix to expand one existing junior size baseball field to a larger senior size field. We'll also be re-using the remaining clean infield mix at other park locations. The artificial turf field will be striped for both soccer and football and have night time sports lighting.
