I. Recommendation

It is recommended that the General Superintendent and CEO or his designee enter into a contract with Booth Hansen Architects for the purpose of providing design, construction documentation, and construction administrative services for the renovation of the Clarendon Park Community Center. The Consultant was selected pursuant to a Request for Services ("RFS"). The total contract award shall not exceed $1,120,600.00. No work may commence and no payment shall be made to vendor prior to the execution of a written agreement.
