BOND ISSUE NOTIFICATION ACT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice that the Chicago Park District (the "District") will hold a public hearing before the Board of Commissioners of the District on June 10, 2015, at 3:30 p.m. The hearing will be held in the Eighth Floor Conference Room of the Chicago Park District Headquarters, 541 North Fairbanks, in the City of Chicago, Illinois. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the proposal to sell general obligation limited tax bonds of the District, in one or more series, in the amount of not to exceed $50,000,000 for the purpose of financing capital improvement programs for the payment of land condemned or purchased for parks, for the building, maintaining, improving and protecting of the same and the existing facilities of the District, for the refunding of bond anticipation notes of the District issued in anticipation of the issuance of the bonds and for the payment of expenses incident in the issuance of the bonds, all as enumerated in Section 20 of the Chicago Park District Act.
