I. Recommendation
It is recommended that an order be entered authorizing the General Superintendent or their designee to enter into an Agreement with the City of Chicago's Department of Fleet and Facility Management for Fuel Supply, Equipment Maintenance and Repairs.

Agreement Term: The term of the Agreement shall commence on the date of its execution and shall expire on the same date as the execution of the Agreement in 2028 (the "Term"), unless terminated earlier pursuant to the Agreement. The parties shall have a right to extend the Agreement for two (2) years.
Authorization: Authorize the General Superintendent and/or their designee to negotiate, enter into, and execute such agreement, amendments, and related documents and perform any and all acts as shall be necessary or advisable in connection with the transaction described herein. Authorize the General Counsel to include other relevant terms and conditions in the written agreements, amendments and instruments. Authorize the Secretary to attest as to the signing of the Agreements.
