I. Recommendation
It is recommended that the General Superintendent and CEO or the designee enter into a contract with Booth Hansen Architects for the purpose of providing architectural design services at Robinson (Jackie) Park (#236). The Consultant was selected pursuant to a Request for Services ("RFS"). The total contract award shall not exceed $1,210,070.00. No work may commence and no payment shall be made to vendor prior to the execution of a written agreement.
