I. Recommendation
It is recommended that the General Superintendent and the CEO or her designee enter into a contract with Woodhouse Tinucci Architects for providing architectural design services at Moran Park. The contractor was selected pursuant to a Request for Services ("RFS"). The total contract shall not exceed $484,700. No work may commence and no payment shall be made to vendor prior to the execution of a written agreement.
