Having this system in place also allows for increased energy efficiency, reduced operation costs, and improved patron and staff comfort when fieldhouses are operational. This contract will allow the Department of Facility Management to meet its operational responsibilities at fair and reasonable prices. Therefore, it is in the best interest of the Chicago Park District to award The Aberdeen Group, Inc. the contract for the maintenance, repair, and support of Building Automation Systems, Districtwide.
